Room Rates

Room Rates are $145.00 per night, plus state and local tax for each of our queen rooms. Please check with us for group rates and rates for special events

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. with check-out by 11:00 a.m., unless prior arrangements have been made.

A one night room deposit is required when booking a reservation. Refunds are given if reservations are cancelled at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.

We offer a complimentary newspaper, cable TV and wireless internet for your convenience. Breakfast is served each morning from 8:30 until 10:00. A computer is available for your use on the desk located in the loft. We also have a collection of books available for your use if you are looking a for a quick summer read. We provide bikes for rides on the beach or along the bike trails of our nearby Palmetto Islands County Park. The restaurants of Mt. Pleasant and downtown Charleston serve the freshest local seafood possible. We can help you with recommendations and reservations if needed.

The foyer is your first step into our home and our first attempt to let you know that you are welcome.

Another wonderful place to sit and talk with other guests, there is clearly a cool and relaxing atmosphere in the living room during the summer months, but this room is filled with the warm glow of the fireplace every evening once the cool weather arrives.

Take a glimpse of our breakfast room which is also a perfect place for birdwatching! How many can you identify?

Relax in the loft and enjoy the solitude, after a busy day of kayaking, fishing, sightseeing, or shopping. The porch off the loft is a great spot for an afternnon nap!

With a cool breeze blowing in the treetops, this is one of the favorite spots to catch an afternoon nap.

The view from our dock at high tide. You'll notice the cotton dock at Boone Hall Plantation on the right bank of the creek. Make sure you allow enough time to visit the plantation and have a bite to eat at Serena's kitchen!
